The role:
As a VP of Sales, you will play a key role in acquiring new clients, nurturing existing relationships, and driving sales of private jet services. With a strong network in the aviation industry, you excel at engaging and influencing high-profile clients. Your strategic mindset allows you to identify commercial opportunities and implement effective strategies to drive revenue growth.
Key responsibilities:
Proactively source new leads while fostering strong relationships with existing clients.
Provide expert guidance on the most suitable charter and sales options in the private jet market.
Design and execute strategic sales initiatives to drive business growth.
Negotiate contracts and secure deals with high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients.
Represent the company at key industry events and conferences across the U.S. and Canada.
Work closely with internal teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
Essential experience & knowledge:
• At least four years of experience in a commercial role within private aviation, luxury travel, or high-end sales.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
• Well-established network within the private jet brokerage or aviation industry.
• Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a strong focus on results.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
• Open to travel for in-person client meetings.
• Adaptable to a fast-paced environment with flexible working hours.
