The role:

As a VP of Sales, you will play a key role in acquiring new clients, nurturing existing relationships, and driving sales of private jet services. With a strong network in the aviation industry, you excel at engaging and influencing high-profile clients. Your strategic mindset allows you to identify commercial opportunities and implement effective strategies to drive revenue growth.


Key responsibilities:

  • Proactively source new leads while fostering strong relationships with existing clients.

  • Provide expert guidance on the most suitable charter and sales options in the private jet market.

  • Design and execute strategic sales initiatives to drive business growth.

  • Negotiate contracts and secure deals with high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients.

  • Represent the company at key industry events and conferences across the U.S. and Canada.

  • Work closely with internal teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience.


Essential experience & knowledge:

• At least four years of experience in a commercial role within private aviation, luxury travel, or high-end sales.

• Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.

• Well-established network within the private jet brokerage or aviation industry.

• Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a strong focus on results.

• Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.

• Open to travel for in-person client meetings.

• Adaptable to a fast-paced environment with flexible working hours.
