On behalf of our client, a Middle Eastern based private/business jet operator who manage a fleet of aircraft, we are looking for a Sales Director to be based in either the Middle East or anywhere, globally, remote based. This is a wonderful opportunity for somebody who is a self-starter and has experience in building business autonomously.
The role:
We seek a driven Sales Director to join our client, a leading aviation company. In this pivotal role, you'll drive revenue growth and deliver exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct role transparently and collaboratively with stakeholders
Generate new business leads across Charter, Aircraft Sales, Consultancy, Management
Maintain CRM system (Pipedrive) accurately
Meet quarterly sales targets
Devise and execute Commercial Sales Strategy aligning with company goals
Collaborate on regional sales strategies and initiatives
Recommend process improvements for efficiency
Be available to clients 24/7
Represent our client at events
Achieve revenue targets across markets, profitably and sustainably
Manage existing business proactively, identify growth opportunities
Create channel strategies and programs to drive growth
Execute sales plans, tracking, compensation, and analytics
Position company as leading private jet solution, drive growth
Build and retain high-performing, diverse sales team
Champion sales tech stack and processes for optimisation
Leverage insights and data to influence demand and supply
Develop in-depth market and competitive knowledge
Additional Responsibilities:
Charter, Key Account Management, Aircraft Sales, Aircraft Management, Consultancy, Compliance.
Requirements:
Charter brokerage, charter sales or fractional/program/jet card sales experience.
