With a diverse fleet ranging from light jets to long-range aircraft, they provide tailored solutions for jet owners while ensuring seamless charter operations. Operating 24/7 and delivering world-class service and expertise in luxury aviation.


The role:

The Private Jet Advisor (PJA) is a senior sales professional responsible for business development, client relationship management, and high-value private jet charter sales. This role demands a strong network within the luxury, corporate, and UHNW sectors, along with a proven ability to manage a significant personal book of business. The PJA will focus on selling Flight Club memberships, block-time charter programs, and aircraft management services, requiring expertise in Part 135 charter sales, aircraft management, and membership-based luxury travel solutions.


Key responsibilities:


Sales and development:

  • Grow and manage a multi-million-dollar private jet charter and aircraft management portfolio.

  • Develop high-impact sales strategies targeting UHNWIs, executives, and luxury influencers.

  • Forge key partnerships with wealth managers and luxury brands to expand market reach.

  • Use data insights to optimize pricing and maximize fleet efficiency.


Client Relations:

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to elite clients, ensuring top-tier service and loyalty.

  • Cultivate long-term relationships, driving repeat business and referrals.


Market Expansion

  • Strengthen brand presence in luxury aviation markets through networking and industry events.


Financial Performance

  • Exceed sales targets with accurate forecasting and revenue growth strategies.


Essential experience & knowledge:

  • 10+ years of high-performance sales experience in private aviation, luxury travel, or UHNW client services.

  • Proven success in closing multimillion-dollar deals and driving consistent revenue growth.

  • Deep expertise in Part 135 charter operations, aircraft management, and membership-based aviation models.

  • Skilled in selling to C-suite executives, high-profile individuals, and institutional clients.
