The role:
On behalf of our client, we are seeking experienced charter brokers and jet membership consultants to join its team of business aviation consultants and business development representatives. With 24/7/365 flight support services, a dedicated aircraft sourcing team, and industry-leading integrated marketing – including industry-leading content/videos/events and resources – this is a tremendous opportunity to add value to your existing customers and grow your business by focusing on retention and new business through our client's sales funnel. Through its portfolio of products and services, you can provide on-demand charter, jet specific memberships, as well as aircraft sales and acquisitions resources at your disposal to maximise earning potential. With the support of a fully backed infrastructure, aviation consultants can focus strictly on new business and client retention.

Location:
● Corporate office/Quincy, Massachusetts
● 4 days in office/1 remote day
Responsibilities:
Consult and close deals that fit the client's needs
Build and maintain relationships on a deep level, past the transaction with clients

Participation in one or more of the following industry groups: AOPA, NATA, NBAA, ACSF
Skills:
Communication – written, verbal, and active listening skills must be excellent
Negotiations – the ability to empathize and solve problems is essential
Research – the ability to collect information and present results in a manner most useful to the client
Previous consulting and/or instructional experience
Toastmasters or equivalent public speaking experience
Demonstrated high levels of applied emotional intelligence
Must possess a persistent, resilient and positive attitude
Technology skills: Adaptability to standard as well as innovative systems is a must
Previous consulting, coaching, and/or instructional experience
