The role:

As a Commercial Jets Manager you will play a key role in driving the growth and success of the commercial jet division in the USA. You’ll be a proactive sales professional, focusing on new business development, client relationships, and efficient flight planning. Strong customer service, creative procurement, and attention to detail are key to this role.

Duties and responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development: Meet or exceed sales targets, generate new business, and maintain strong client relationships to drive growth.
Client Engagement: Provide exceptional, tailored experiences and ensure long-term client satisfaction.
Team Leadership: Support and mentor junior team members, helping them grow in a fast-paced environment.
Procurement & Flight Planning: Secure the best aircraft options and ensure smooth flight coordination and operational efficiency.
Market Insight: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and generate new sales opportunities.

Proven extensive experience in charter brokerage.
Strong market knowledge and ability to adapt to changing conditions.
