They offer jet charters, memberships, and aircraft management services, delivering a seamless and luxurious experience worldwide.

The role:
In this role, you’ll be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with new and prospective clients while driving charter and Jet-Card sales. Key responsibilities include handling charter quote requests, presenting pricing options, and explaining our client's Jet-Card program. You’ll also support new clients with arrangements like catering and ground transportation, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience.
This is an in-office position at HQ in New York - but for brokers with an existing book of business, our client would consider a fully remote position.
Key responsibilities:
Gain a deep understanding of private aviation, including various aircraft and industry terminology.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities by maintaining prospect lists, actively seeking leads, and engaging potential clients through cold calling and email outreach.
Provide timely and professional pricing options for private flyers, responding to client inquiries and ensuring a seamless flight experience.
Uphold the company’s values by representing it with professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct.
Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support the team and business objectives.
Essential experience & knowledge:
Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the aviation industry.
Strong, professional phone presence with a friendly and polished demeanour.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a sharp eye for detail.
Outstanding customer service abilities, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
Highly motivated with a strong work ethic, energy, and an entrepreneurial mindset, capable of managing and prioritising multiple tasks effectively.
